In addition to our meetings on Wednesdays, SECS holds a weekly planning session every Sunday. Typically, topics include:
- Progress reports
- Planning for Wednesday meeting talks and workshops
- Logistics and brainstorming for upcoming events
- Discussion of our infrastructure
Attendance of these planning sessions are only mandatory for our project leaders and officers. However, we often have active SECS members or representatives from other organizations attend these sessions.
